Site Open Day - August 15th 2009

OPEN DAY SATURDAY AUGUST 15th 10 am – 3.30 pm

This year’s charity is Animal Helpline. Please spread the word to your friends and neighbours that everybody is welcome.

There will be a SCARECROW COMPETITION on the day so please try to make one. Judging by someone from the Animal Helpline Charity and with a £5 cash prize plus a trophy for the best.

Donations of excess produce, plants and flowers will be very welcome including any homemade preserves. Please bring donations to the car park area on the day or leave by the shed of plot 101.

There will be a tombola, sausage sizzle, face painting, tea and cakes. If you can help please contact David Coram or any committee member.

This is our only open day so please spruce up your plots and cut the grass.
